This is about almost four months of this blockade, of starvation that has built over weeks and months and to come back from that point of extreme malnutrition and starvation requires a sustained supply of food and medical equipment and also food supplements for children in need.

More than 22,000 aid trucks blocked by Israel

The Government Media Office in Gaza says Israel is deliberately blocking more than 22,000 humanitarian aid trucks from entering the territory, calling it part of a systematic campaign of starvation, siege, and chaos.

local health authorities said at least 40 people were killed by gunfire & airstrikes across the coastal enclave on Sunday. Deaths included persons trying to make their way to distribution points in southern & central areas of , Palestinian medics said.
Among those killed was a staff member of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society , which said an Israeli strike at their HQ in Khan Younis in southern Gaza ignited a fire on the 1st floor of the bldg.

This was supposed to be a pause where Palestinians would reach and receive aid, distribution points would open, hot meal kitchens would operate again, but what were seeing on the ground is totally different.

Palestinians are struggling to get a bag of wheat flour. Theyre struggling to find a food parcel. And this shows the fact that this pause and all the Israeli claims are not true because on the ground, Palestinians are starving.

Humanitarian pauses not reflected in ground reality as more Palestinians starve to death

Theres a very, very small amount of trucks coming into Gaza about maybe 80 to 100 trucks every single day despite the fact that this humanitarian pause was for more aid to enter the Gaza Strip.

Hot meal kitchens are also still not operating.

But every single day, Palestinians are dying due to malnutrition and starvation, and the latest case was Atef, a 17-year-old Palestinian.

Every single day, we are losing more people, not only from the continuous Israeli air attacks, but also from the forced starvation that is imposed on Palestinians in Gaza.

In the markets, you rarely find food.

Palestinians dying of malnutrition as aid trucks yet to reach them

Despite the fact that Israel claimed a humanitarian pause and agreed to let more trucks and humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip, the reality on the ground is very different.

Palestinians do not see any difference.

It has been a couple of days, and a very limited number of trucks have been entering, Those trucks are not reaching anywhere, houses or distribution points.

US reportedly sent only $3 million to Gaza, contradicting Trumps claim of $60 million in aid.

Only 36 aid trucks entered Gaza on Saturday, far below the 500 to 600 the UN estimates are needed to meet residents daily needs.

Most of the trucks were looted before their contents could be distributed, the office added, blaming Israel for systematically and deliberately enforcing the security chaos.
