Today was an incredibly difficult day. My health is getting worse with each passing day. The lack of nutritious food, my inability to afford the medication and vitamins I need, and the constant stress are taking a heavy toll on my body.
My children need me, and I am doing everything I can to stay strong for them. But I can't do this alone anymore.
If you can support me, or even help my story reach people who may be able to help, it would mean more than words can express. Every donation, every share, and every act of kindness gives my family hope and helps me keep going.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for standing with us.

"Israeli restrictions on aid are crippling Gaza relief operations: UNRWA
Israels restrictions on aid entering Gaza continue to disrupt humanitarian operations, with shortages of lubricant oil and spare parts leaving more than half of UN Palestinian refugee agency UNRWAs vehicle fleet out of service, according to the agencys latest situation report.
UNRWA said shortages of fuel and lubricants have also affected 62 water wells, reducing its production and distribution of clean water by 42 percent.
Despite the constraints, the agency said it resumed services at Beach Camp Health Centre in western Gaza City on July 21 and opened the Bahrain Medical Point in southern Gaza City on July 29. The two facilities are expected to provide primary healthcare to almost 100,000 people.
UNRWA also said 116 emergency shelters remain active across Gaza, housing about 76,000 internally displaced people."

It has been over a month without any support, and because of that, my family is enduring unbearable hardship, unable to meet even our most basic needs.
Where has everyone gone Our suffering has not ended, my friends.

THE CHALLENGE OF THE BOTTOM BILLION: An Alliance of Compassion and Enlightened Self-Interest
By:Seth Ignatius Donkor (PhD)Introduction: The Fundamental Challenge of DevelopmentThe central thesis regarding the "bottom billion" is that approximately one billion people remain trapped in economies that have been stagnant for over forty years (Collier, 2007 TED, 2013).
