One of the basic rules of war is Israel has to allow access to humanitarian aid. So it cant just cut off food, water, electricity and medical care as weve heard its doing. It has a duty to allow those for the civilian population. It cant use the excuse of the fighters to starve civilians, and thats what it did in Gaza.

The only arrangement that should be in place with Gaza is to stop all transfers of humanitarian aid, equipment, fuel, electricity and water and leave operational freedom of action to the Israeli forces in order to prevent renewed military intensification.
